A moment of solitude

Maybe we just don't wanna be alone. Afraid  loneliness might come and haunt us in the middle of the night as we slumber or in the morning when we wake up to an empty bed or no message on our phone. We want to constantly be around friends and when we are alone at home we are always on social media because there is a void. We are never happy single, we jump from one relationship to the next. We see what looks like a happy couple and we call it "#relationship goals" or "#bae things" because we are a cyber generation that literally lives by Insta quotes and Facebook posts and i mean "literally". There is a monster and we are constantly feeding it. Why are we so afraid of facing ourselves, confronting our demons- one on one. Of sitting in our silence and listening, because sometimes the answers are right there at centre of your chest and in our subconscious mind. Answers, voices from within waiting to be heard.
 Breathe...oh take a deep breath!

Be kind to yourself, enjoy a moment of silence. I think its an essential part of our daily lives, to discover who we are and what we want. Without anyone else having an influence on that decision, without society putting a stamp of approval on it.

Anyway that is just my 2 cents worth..I hope you take away something positive from this. Haven't blogged since 2014 (hides) , I have been too occupied with nothing. One thing i've learnt, don't let life get to a point of you just existing because in that moment we lose our passions and part of we are or who we are meant to be slowly fades into the background.
I'm not an expert on anything really , especially this thing called Life. Its like putting together a puzzle of tiny little pieces, a million pieces and others get lost under the carpet (laughs) and you look for them everywhere so now you have to improvise. I could go on and on.

Love and light to you and yours xoxo
